Report

report

Reporting is the fun part – it's a celebration of your success!

Clear, simple and concise writing of background, outcomes, learnings and recommendations along with colourful, engaging photographs are important to encouraging reading of the entire report.

The Tool list below provides both a template and example for a final project report. Step by instructions in the template will guide you.

Share your experience

If you have used this Toolkit in part or in its majority in your project, we welcome the opportunity to be referenced within your report. Butt Free Australia would be equally enthusiastic to post a link to your report on www.buttfree.org.au so others can learn from your experience.

Celebrate your success

Reporting is also an opportunity to prepare and make available a document to invite future partnerships and create an improved project. It's important to provide electronic and hard copies of the report to partners and to thank them for their participation.

Media may be more interested in your results than they were in the implementation of the project. The release of the report thus provides another opportunity to engage the media to convey the results combined with a photograph of the Education component.
